On 8/20, Saitama prefecture police released information on the crime of a man that urinated on women while he drove his car. The 30 year-old part-time worker was arrested on charges of sexual assault. When asked by police, he admitted that it was certainly him, and that he was “addicted and did it about 10 times,” and it seems that more charges will be added as investigations continue.
According to his arrest record, the perpetrator was driving his car on 7/22 around 7:30 PM. There he spotted a woman under 20 years-old walking home headed toward him, when he threw a cup filled with urine at her, dousing her in the process.
